(collectively, “Mobile Health”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of all users (“you” or “your”) of our website located at MobileHealth.com and any associated websites, apps, portals, or platforms (collectively, “Site”). We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your Personal Information (as defined below). This Privacy Policy describes how we may collect, use, and share your Personal Information through your online and offline interactions with us.

CHILDREN

In some situations, we may collect information from children under 13. This section describes how Mobile Health collects, uses, and shares children’s personal information. It also describes parent’s/legal guardian’s rights and choices with respect to their children’s personal information, and how they can reach us to get answers to questions.

How We Collect and Use Children’s Information. We collect information about children directly from the child when they are in need of healthcare at a location in which we provide services. While interacting with us, children may provide us with information such as name, email address, phone number, health information, gender and sexual orientation. We may use this information to (i) provide the child with healthcare services, (ii) provide the child with information they request, (iii) reply to the child’s questions, (iv) comply with our legal obligations, and (vi) conduct other legitimate business activities, in compliance with applicable law. This information will not be made publicly available.

We might still send you some important emails, like responding to you by email if you send us a request or comment. In some cases, we may confirm the applicable opt-out with our partners or other third parties (e.g., your employer) before unsubscribing you from certain communications.

California and Colorado Residents

Note that Mobile Health acts as a “Service Provider” or "Contractor" as defined by the CCPA when it collects Personal Information on behalf of Mobile Health clients. In such instances, any request for such Personal Information should be made directly to the Mobile Health business client that uses our services. If you submit a verified consumer request to us for such information, we will direct you to make that request directly to our business client. If we have collected your Personal Information outside of our role as a Service Provider or Contractor, we will respond to your verified consumer request accordingly.

Additionally, we are not required to respond to a consumer’s requests for access or disclosure of Personal Information more than twice in a twelve (12) month period.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request a list of all third parties to which we, during the immediately preceding calendar year, have disclosed certain Personal Information for direct marketing purposes; however, we do not share Personal Information with other people or non-affiliated businesses for their direct marketing purposes.

Nevada Residents

Although we do not sell Personal Information, Nevada residents have the right to submit a verified request directing us not to sell their Personal Information. If you are a Nevada resident, and would like to submit such a request, please send your request through any of the methods noted below.

The verification steps we take may differ depending on the request you make. We will match the information that you provide in your request to the information we already have on file to verify your identity. If we are able to verify your request, we will process it. If we cannot verify your request, we may ask you for additional information to help us verify your request.  Please provide as much of the requested information as possible to help us verify the request. We will only use the information received in a request for the purposes of responding to the request.

Certain states permit their residents to use an authorized agent to make privacy rights requests. We require the authorized agent to provide us with proof of the data subject's written permission (for example, a power of attorney) that shows the authorized agent has the authority to submit a request for the data subject. An authorized agent must follow the process described above to make a request. The authorized agent must also verify his/her own identity. We will confirm the agent’s authority with the data subject about whom the request was made.

This Site may contain links, references, and other forms of connectivity to other websites, services, and applications that are not owned, controlled or influenced by us (“Third Party Websites”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the information (including Personal Information) collected on any such Third Party Website. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Mobile Health reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time in its sole discretion, effective upon posting. In the event of such changes, we will post the changes on this Site or notify you via email. Any use of this Site after such changes shall be deemed an acceptance of those changes.
